These Terms of Use ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Utopia UGX Group Ltd ("Utopia Group," "we," "us," "our"), a company registered in Ghana. By accessing or using utopiagroup.io and its subdomains (collectively, the "website"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the website.

These Terms apply only to the website. We own and operate several products and publications, including Sronu, myPathway.app, Asetena Pa, and Open Ordinal. Each is governed by its own terms. When you use any of these products, the terms posted on that product's website apply, not these Terms. Separate agreements govern our client engagements and take precedence over these Terms to the extent of any conflict.

Eligibility

Assignment. You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign or transfer these Terms without restriction.
